Starting something new can feel like a lot, especially when it comes to managing leakage. The good news is that Afex is built as one system, and each starter kit brings the pieces together for you. You do not have to pick every part on your own. You only have to answer one question: how do you spend most of your day?

What is Afex?
Afex is a reusable male urinary management system. It has no adhesives and no pressure on the body, and it is designed to be worn discreetly under everyday clothes. It was designed by a urologist and is made in the USA. Because the parts are washable and reusable, you replace the pieces you need over time rather than buying a new disposable product every day.
What is in a starter kit?
Every kit contains the same core parts, set up for a different routine:
- A brief or Core Supporter that holds the receptacle comfortably in place.
- A receptacle (high style or low style), the soft piece that collects urine. It has a double wall for backflow protection and is latex free and adhesive free.
- A collection bag that matches how you live: a 500 mL day bag, a 1200 mL leg bag, or a 2000 mL bedside bag.
- A cleaning container and cleanser so you can wash the receptacle at home.

Mobility assisted kit
Best for: men who use a wheelchair.
This kit adds an extension tube and a larger 1200 mL leg bag in a fabric holder, so the bag can be emptied easily and the system works well from a seated position. A low style receptacle is recommended. It is available with Sports Active briefs, a Core Supporter, or open-sided briefs, which are a good choice when a caregiver helps with dressing.

Night time kit
Best for: men who are up several times a night.
The night time kit connects the receptacle to a large 2000 mL bedside bag, so you can sleep without getting up. It can help you rest better and avoid night-time trips to the bathroom, which also lowers the chance of a fall in the dark. It is available with Sports Active briefs, Core Supporter, or open-sided briefs.
