Return and Refund Policy

Promotional pricing cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply to past purchases. Promotional pricing in USA is valid for USA orders only. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on Friday will be processed the next business day. 

Return Policy: Unused or unopened product can be exchanged for an equal value product or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns of used product are not allowed. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid by the customer. International returns are subject to full cost of freight and handling. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Privacy Policy: Information about our customers is an essential part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. Your personal billing, shipping, and product selection information will be kept by Arcus Medical for its own use only so that we may help you get the most benefit from our products. Customers specifically requesting Medicare reimbursement support will provide additional HIPAA protected information that will be shared between Arcus Medical, the customer's healthcare providers, and HIPAA compliant Business Associate partners of Arcus Medical responsible for Medicare order fulfillment and submission of claims to Medicare and/or private insurance.
