Our Story
Since 2002, Arcus Medical has been focused on helping men living with bladder leakage maintain greater comfort, confidence, and independence in everyday life.
Male urinary incontinence is common, but it can be difficult to talk about. Many men adjust their routines, limit activities, or simply live with leakage and odor because they may not realize there are other management options available.
Arcus Medical was established to offer practical, dignified solutions designed around the needs of men and the families and caregivers who support them.
What We Do
Arcus Medical develops and supplies products for male urinary incontinence management. Our best-known product is the Afex® Male Incontinence System, an external urine collection system originally designed by a urologist.
Afex is made in the USA and designed to be reusable, washable, discreet, and comfortable for everyday use. Unlike adhesive external catheters, the Afex receptacle does not require adhesive attachment to the body.
We also offer replacement receptacles, briefs and supporters, urine collection bags, cleaning products and accessories for the Afex system, as well as erectile dysfunction vacuum therapy products.
